More Care Home Cleaning provides professional home and pressure cleaning services, delivered directly at the customer’s home or business location.

Service-Based Business

As we offer local, on-site services and do not ship physical products, a traditional return policy does not apply.

Rescheduling and Refunds

• Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
